• WheelsUp may remove content that violates these terms

6. Route Information Disclaimer

Route suggestions, road conditions, elevation data, and points of interest are provided for planning purposes only. WheelsUp does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any route. Always exercise your own judgment while riding and comply with local traffic laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

WheelsUp is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to injuries, property damage, or losses incurred during motorcycle trips planned using the platform.

8. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are inactive for an extended period.
